- Changes of date must be made maximum 15 days in advance with a penalty under the same conditions of the initial reservation (weekdays / weekend days). With less than 15 days in advance, date changes or cancellations are not accepted unless it is a probable cause of force majeure.
- By making a reservation, it is considered and accepted that you have full knowledge of the policies, payment, rejection and cancellation of the hotel.
- In the event that the client does not show up at the hotel or must leave the hotel before his scheduled date, the entire stay will be charged.
- The reservation is for the number of people (adults and children) that are chosen at the time of booking. Admission to additional people to stay has an additional charge and is subject to availability.
- Rates for nationals are exempt from VAT until December 31, 2022 (from January 1, 2023 VAT will be charged)
